Shenstone Self Storage

Shenstone Self Storage is is ideally positioned between Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield, also covering surrounding areas. The site is a secured 2.2 acre area which can accommodate over 300 storage units. All the containers have been purchased new and are watertight.

24/7 CCTV monitoring is in place. The site is floodlit and protected with a high secure perimeter fence line. For access and egress, each tenant will be be issued their own individual proximity card.

All storage units are positioned at ground level allowing the vehicle to drive right up for ease of unloading.

A special container lock and two keys are issued to each tenant. A minimum rent of one month is permitted.

Payments must be paid one month in advance.
